For Canada orders, despite the USPS resuming service to Canada via Canada Post effective January 6, 2025, we will continue to ship all orders via UPS or FedEx which has been welcomed by our customers for the speed and ease of delivery experience.

We ship all our research products in protective plastic clamshells inside a heavyweight product box that is shrink sealed for protection, then placed into a fitted bubble sleeve that is sealed and finally packaged safely into crush-proof B-fluted cardboard box mailers.  Through the many layers of packaging we use, we are confident your order will arrive in the best condition possible and can always rely on a good experience with us.

Most products are offered in 3ml sterile, vacuum-sealed vials with factory seals.  Currently, our waters (BAC and Acetic), NAD+ and certain research products are shipped in 10ml vial formats.  Please look out for these notations in the product pages.

Yes! We rely on two stages of testing before offering any research peptides to provide a midpoint definition of mass and purity.  You will find the associated testing results and accompanied Certificate of Authenticity in each product listing.
